CUBETTI DI MERLUZZO

Ingredienti:

Per 4:

400 g filetti di merluzzo
vino bianco
200 g Maionese
olio
aceto
salsa Rubra
Senape
prezzemolo
aglio
Alloro
Pepe
salsa Worcester

Scongelare il pesce, tagliarlo in cubetti e sistemarli in una larga casseruola con il vino bianco, due spicchi d'aglio e l'Alloro. Salare e cuocere per circa 10 minuti. Mettere in una ciotola la Maionese con la Worcester, la Rubra, la Senape e il liquido di cottura del pesce. Sistemare i cubetti su di un piatto, cospargere con la salsa ed il prezzemolo tritato.
