COZZE ESOTICHE

Ingredienti:
Per 4:
1 kg Cozze
1 mela
1 banana
1 cipolla
1 spicchio aglio
100 g panna
30 g burro
olio
Curry in polvere
sale
Pepe

Lavare le Cozze e farle aprire in una padella a fuoco vivo per 10 minuti. Far appassire la cipolla sbucciata e affettata in una casseruola con olio e burro, salare, pepare, unire la banana tagliata a rondelle, la mela a lamelle, l'aglio schiacciato, una presa di Curry e la panna e far cuocere per 10 minuti. Versare la salsa sulle Cozze e servire.
