CALAMARI FRITTI

Ingredienti:

A testa:

100 g calamari un po' di pi`u se son grandi
farina
sale
olio

Infarinate bene il pesce, fate scendere la farina in più. Friggetelo in abbondante olio bollente, meglio se di oliva; passate il pesce fritto, appena tolto dall'olio, su carta assorbente (rotoli di carta per la casa, carta da pane).

Ricordate che il fritto va preparato sempre all'ultimo momento e mangiato caldo!
