BRANZINO AROMATICO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 branzino di circa 1 kg di peso
3 foglie lauro
alcuni grani Pepe nero
olio
succo di limone
sale

Pulire e ottenere dal branzino due filetti senza pelle e senza spine. Marinare i filetti in olio, Pepe, sale e limone. In una pentola di pirex rosolare un po' di olio con il lauro, disporvi i filetti, coprirli con la marinata e cuocere per 4 minuti in forno. Servire caldi
