BASTONCINI DI PESCE ALLE ARACHIDI

bastoncini_pesce_arachidi Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

18 bastoncini Findus
100 g arachidi già sgusciate
50 g burro
1 limone
prezzemolo
olio
sale
Pepe

Friggere i bastoncini in abbondante olio bollente fino a che saranno dorati e adagiarli su un piatto da portata. Eliminare alle arachidi la pellicina, versarle nella padella con l'olio dei bastoncini, farle insaporire, spruzzare con il succo del limone, cospargere di prezzemolo tritato, salare e pepare. Versare sui bastoncini e servire.
