BACCALA` CON PISELLI

Prendere una padella, coprire il fondo di olio d'oliva, metterci il baccalà reidratato e tagliato a grossi pezzi, una cipolla tritata ed abbondante prezzemolo.

Far cuocere 30--40 minuti, poi aggiungere i piselli (calcolate tanti piselli quanto baccalà), aggiustate di sale e finite di cuocere, eventualmente bagnando con brodo o vino bianco.
