700 g baccalà ammollato
15 noci
1 bicchiere olio
prezzemolo

Lessare il baccalà in acqua bollente, sgocciolarlo e metterlo su un piatto da portata.

Frullare i gherigli di noce con il prezzemolo e l'olio, versare questa salsa sul pesce e servire.
