BACCALA` ALLA CALABRESE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g baccalà
olio
1 cipolla
3 coste sedano
1 scatola pelati
1.5 cucchiai pinoli
1 cucchiaio uvetta
100 g olive nere snocciolate
sale
fette di pane

Soffriggere il sedano e la cipolla tagliati grossolanamente; aggiungere i pomodori e cuocere per 15 minuti a calore moderato. Unire il baccalà a pezzi e proseguire la cottura a fuoco dolce. Dopo 20 minuti completare con pinoli, uuvetta e olive. Servire con fette di pane tostato.
