ALICI IN TORTIERA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

800 g Alici non troppo piccole
4 spicchi aglio
olio
sale
succo di limone
prezzemolo

Pulire le Alici, spinarle e lavarle. Sistemarle quindi in una teglia con olio, sale, aglio e prezzemolo tritati, spolverare di pangrattato e spruzzare di succo di limone, infornare a fuoco vivace e portare a cottura.
