ALICI ``AMMOLLICATE''

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

750 g Alici
2 spicchi aglio
1 dl olio
prezzemolo
pangrattato
sale
Pepe

Spinare le Alici ed eliminare la testa e la coda. Sistemarne uno strato in una teglia, irrorare di olio, cospargere con aglio e prezzemolo tritati, salare con parsimonia e spolverizzare di pangrattato. Coprire con un altro strato di Alici e condirlo come il primo. Cuocere in forno già caldo per circa 15 minuti.
