125 gburro
250ggroviera

Far fondere il burro nell'acqua calda salata; quando bolle versare la farina, mescolare e lasciar cuocere a calore moderato per circa mezz'ora.

Far intiepidire, incorporare le uova una alla volta e, sempre mescolando, unire il groviera a dadini.

Versare il composto in uno stampo col buco, infornare e lasciar cuocere per circa mezz'ora.
