MOZZARELLA IMPANATA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

2 mozzarelle
pasta di Acciughe
farina
uovo
pangrattato
sale
olio per friggere

Tagliare a fette le mozzarelle, asciugarle, spalmarle con un velo di pasta di Acciughe, passarle in un po' di farina, nell'uovo sbattuto con poco sale e nel pangrattato. Ripetere l'operazione due volte per ottenere una panatura consistente. Friggere rapidamente in abbondante olio bollente.
