MOZZARELLA DORATA

Ingredienti:
12 fette Mozzarella
Salvia
Basilico
Rosmarino
pangrattato
2 uova
aglio
sale
olio

Tritare le erbe e l'aglio e unire al trito tre cucchiai colmi di pangrattato. Passare le fette di Mozzarella nelle uova sbattute e poi nel pangrattato. Porle in una padella con l'olio bollente e farle dorare a fuoco vivo da entrambe le parti. Lasciare assorbire l'unto in eccesso su un foglio di carta assorbente e portare in tavola la Mozzarella dorata ben calda.
