VITELLO IN SALSA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

8 scaloppine vitello
1 spicchio aglio
1 cipolla
1 costola sedano
1 peperone
1 carota
1 bicchiere brodo
Basilico
olio
burro
sale

Rosolare con olio e aglio un trito di cipolla, carota, sedano e peperone, bagnare con il brodo, salare, far cuocere per circa 40 minuti, levare l'aglio e unire il Basilico tritato e 1/2 bicchiere di olio. Cuocere le scaloppine nel burro, coprirle con la salsa e servire.
