VITELLO AL LIMONE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

800 g spalla di vitello
2 limoni
Basilico
olio
sale
Pepe

Tagliare la carne a dadini e metterla in una casseruola con l'olio e il Basilico; versare il succo dei limoni e far cuocere coperto per circa 40 minuti.

A cottura ultimata salare, pepare, mettere in un piatto da portata, decorare con Basilico e fettine di limone e servire.
