TACCHINO ALLA SENAPE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

450 g fesa di tacchino a fette
2 cucchiai farina
30 g burro
Rosmarino
1/2 bicchiere brodo
1 cucchiaio Senape
sale

In una padella con il burro far rosolare da entrambi i lati le fettine di tacchino infarinate, cospargere di Rosmarino, bagnare con il brodo e unire la Senape diluita con il brodo.

Salare, coprire, portare a cottura a fuoco lento e servire ben caldo.
