TACCHINO AL POMODORO

Ingredienti:

Per 4 persone:

8 fettine fesa di tacchino da 70 g cadauna
1 cipolla
250 g pelati
1 cucchiaio olio

Mettete nel tegame la cipolla tagliata finissima e l'olio. Fate appassire la cipolla, quindi unite i pelati. Fateli scaldare. Unite il tacchino passato nella farina. Salate e fate cuocere 10 minuti.

E' un piatto leggero e sanissimo!
