TACCHINO AL FINOCCHIO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g fesa di tacchino
2 uova
1 tazzina latte
1 limone
1 cucchiaino Semi di finocchio
30 g burro
2 cucchiai olio
Paprika
sale

Far dorare la fesa di tacchino tagliata a fettine con il burro e l'olio. Diluire i tuorli con il latte, unire i Semi di finocchio, il succo del limone, il sale ed un pizzico di Paprica. Versare questa salsa sulla carne, portare a cottura e servire.
