SPIEDINI CON FUNGHI

spiedini_funghi Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

250 g polpa di coniglio o di tacchino
latte
sale
Pepe
erba cipollina
champignon
olio

Tagliare a dadi la carne, coprirla di latte e insaporirla con sale, Pepe e erba cipollina. Dopo circa mezz'ora asciugarla e infilzarla su 8 spiedini alternandola con piccoli champignon. Ungere leggermente di olio gli spiedini e cuocerli su una griglia ben calda.
