SPEZZATINO DI VITELLO CON PISELLI E CARCIOFI

spezzatino_vitello_piselli_carciofi Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

600 g spezzatino di vitello
5 carciofi
250 g piselli
1 limone
aglio
2 scalogni
prezzemolo
Basilico
1/2 bicchiere vino bianco
farina
1/2 bicchiere olio
2 cucchiai panna
sedano
1 bicchiere brodo
sale

Imbiondire un trito di aglio, scalogni e sedano con l'olio, rosolarvi la carne infarinata, unire i piselli, gli spicchi di carciofi e salare. Bagnare con il vino, far evaporare e portare a termine la cottura unendo poco alla volta il brodo Spoverizzare con prezzemolo e Basilico tritati e unire la panna.
