SIKH KEBAB

Dosi per 4.

Tagliare a cubetti di 3 cm. di lato 1 kg. di carne di vitello, manzo o montone e farla marinare per un'ora abbondante in una salsa preparata con un bicchiere di yogourth, 2 cucchiai di Curry in polvere e il succo di un limone.

Infilare i pezzetti di carne negli spiedini di acciaio e farli cuocere per 10 minuti alla griglia, rigirandoli e bagnandoli di tanto in tanto con la marinata al Curry.

Servirli ben caldi con riso pilaff.
