SHASHLYK (AGNELLO ALLO SPIEDO)

Dosi per 4.

Far marinare per 18 ore 700 g di agnello disossato e tagliato a pezzi grossi, una cipolla tritata, un cucchiaino di semi di Coriandolo pestati, due cucchiai di aceto di vino rosso e un cucchiaio di olio d'oliva, sale e Pepe. Quindi togliere la carne dalla marinata, sgocciolarla e infilarla sugli spiedi.

Cuocere a fuoco di legna spennellando con la marinata. Servire con insalata verde e pomodori.
