SFORMATO DI CARNE GALLICO

Amalgamare insieme 200 g di polpa di manzo tritata, 3 patate lesse passate al setaccio, 1 cipolla tritata e soffritta in un cucchiaio di burro, sale, Pepe, Noce moscata e una tazza di brodo di carne.

Versare questo composto in uno stampo da ciambella, unto con burro e cosparso di pangrattato e condirlo con fiocchi di burro.

Passare al forno già caldo a 180o per 50 minuti. Servire caldo o tiepido con verdure stufate.
