SCALOPPINE SAPORITE

scaloppine_saporite Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

40 g burro
3 cucchiai olio
4-8 fettine vitello
50 g olive nere
prezzemolo
1 pugno Capperi
2 filetti Acciughe
vino bianco
sale

Rosolare nel burro e nell'olio le fettine di carne per 5 minuti. Toglierle e nel fondo di cottura mettere le olive a filetti e un trito di prezzemolo, Capperi e Acciughe. Cuocere per qualche istante, spruzzare di vino, rimettere in padella le scaloppine, regolare di sale e cuocere ancora per 5 minuti.
