SCALOPPINE AL GIN

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

12 scaloppine fesa di vitello
10 bacche di Ginepro
80 g burro
4 cucchiai Gin
sale
Pepe

Far sciogliere in una grande padella 60 g di burro con le bacche di Ginepro, adagiarvi le scaloppine, salare, pepare, far cuocere da entrambi i lati per circa 10 minuti e metterle in un piatto da portata.

Filtrare il sugo di cottura, rimetterlo nella padella con il restante burro, unire il Gin, far fiammeggiare, versare sulle scaloppine e servire.
