SCALOPPINE AL BAROLO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 fettine vitello
2 cipolline
Basilico
1/2 cucchiaio salsa di pomodoro
olio
sale
farina
2 bicchieri Barolo o Porto
1 tazza brodo

Tritate finemente le cipolline e fatele imbiondire in un tegame con l'olio, unite le fettine di vitello infarinate e fatele rosolare su entrambi i lati, salatele e pepatele. Versatevi sopra la salsa di pomodoro diluita nel brodo, continuate la cottura per 5 minuti, poi innaffiate con il Barolo, fate evaporare a fuoco lento, unite il Basilico tritato e il brodo rimasto.
