SCALOPPE ALLA FONTINA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 scaloppe vitello
1 limone
1 bicchierino Brandy
burro
pasta di Tartufo
Fontina
sale

Far marinare con il Brandy e il succo di limone le scaloppe. Asciugarle, spalmarle con un velo di pasta di Tartufo, farle rosolare nel burro e salarle. Coprirle con lamelle di Fontina, coprire, far sciogliere il formaggio e servire.
