SALSA PICCANTE PER CARPACCIO

Dosi per 4.

Ingredienti:
250 g Maionese
1 peperone rosso
1 cucchiaio prezzemolo tritato
Peperoncino rosso
tomato ketchup piccante
sale

Abbrustolire il peperone sulla fiamma, privarlo della pelle, dei semi e ridurlo a striscioline. Mettere in una salsiera la Maionese, unire un cucchiaino di tomato, il prezzemolo, un pezzetto di Peperoncino ben tritato, le striscioline di peperone e amalgamare con cura. Salare.
