ROGNONE AL VINO BIANCO

Ingredienti:

rognoncini vitello
60 g burro
1 bicchiere vino bianco
sale
Pepe
1 manciata prezzemolo
1/2 bicchiere aceto

Lasciate a bagno per mezz'ora in acqua e aceto i rognoni, quindi asciugateli e tagliateli a fettine. Fate rosolare il burro in un tegame e quando sarà ben spumeggiante adagiatevi il rognone, salate e pepate.

Spruzzate con il vino bianco, alzate il fuoco e quando il vino sarà evapgrato spolverizzate con un trito di prezzemolo e servite in tavola ben caldo.
