ROAST-BEEF ESTIVO

roast_beef_estivo Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

750 g roast-beef
polvere aromatica per arrosti
olio
1 bicchiere vino bianco
sale
Maionese
1 cucchiaio Mostarda

Insaporire con la polvere aromatica la carne e spennellarla di olio. Disporla in una teglia e cuocerla in forno caldo a 200' per 35', spruzzandola con un po' di vino bianco e salandola a fine cottura. Farla raffreddare, affettarla sottilmente e servirla a piacere con Maionese mescolata alla Mostarda.
