PROSCIUTTO GUSTOSO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 fette prosciutto cotto molto spesse
1 cipolla
20 g farina
1/2 bicchiere marsala
1 dado
40 g burro
3 cucchiai olio
sale
Pepe
Noce moscata

Fate rosolare il prosciutto in olio e burro, scolatelo e tenetelo in caldo. Nello stesso condimento fate appassire la cipolla tritata, unite del brodo, la farina e fate cuocere: la salsa dev'essere densa; passatela al setaccio. Aggiustate di sale, pepate, profumate con la Noce moscata e aggiungete, poco alla volta, il marsala. Mettete nella salsa il prosciutto e lasciate insaporire.
