POLPETTE CON SPINACI

polpette_spinaci Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

350 g spinaci surgelati
1 cipolla
250 g di carne di manzo tritata
40 g pangrattato
1 uovo
latte
1 cucchiaio prezzemolo tritato
timo
parmigiano
olio
burro
sale

Riunire in una Terrina pangrattato, timo, prezzemolo, uovo, carne e cipolla tritata e cotta in poco olio. Salare e unire il latte per ottenere un composto omogeneo. Ricavare 4 polpette, disporle in una pirofila imburrata, cospargerle con fiocchi di burro e cuocerle in forno caldo a 200' C per 15'. Lessare per 15' gli spinaci in acqua salata, scolarli e insaporirli in padella con burro e parmigiano. Servirli con le polpette.
