POLPETTE CON PISELLI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g carne macinata
450 g pisellini freschi o surgelati
30 g burro
1 cucchiaio olio
3 cucchiai farina
30 g pancetta
1 bicchierino cognac
1/2 bicchiere latte
1/2 cipolla
Noce moscata
sale
Pepe

Preparare le polpette, infarinarle e metterle in una casseruola con olio, burro, pancetta e cipolla tritata. Irrorare con il latte, salare, pepare e cospargere di Noce moscata. Unire i piselli lessati, bagnare con il cognac, portare a cottura e servire.
