POLPETTE CON PINOLI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

350 g polpa di manzo macinata
40 g pinoli
80 g mollica di pane
brodo di carne o dado
farina 00
olio
sale
Pepe
1 uovo

Mettete la mollica di pane in un tegamino, aggiungete poco alla volta 1 tazza di brodo caldo e rigirate con un cucchiaio di legno, lasciando cuocere 45 minuti. In un recipiente versate la carne macinata, l'uovo, i pinoli tritati e la mollica. Salate, pepate e mescolate bene. Formate delle polpettine che passerete nella farina e friggerete poi in olio caldo.
