POLPETTE AL LIMONE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

600 g carne tritata
1 panino all'olio raffermo
1 bicchiere latte
4 uova
70 g parmigiano grattugiato
2 cipolle
1 grattugiata Noce moscata
1/2 bicchiere panna
poca farina
1 limone
sale
Pepe
olio

Bagnare il pane nel latte, strizzarlo e unirlo alla carne con il formaggio, la Noce moscata, 2 uova, sale, Pepe e le cipolle tritate. Mescolare e formare delle polpettine da passare nella farina. Friggerle nell'olio caldo. Sbattere 2 uova, il succo di limone, la panna, salare e versare sulle polpette, quindi servire.
