POLPETTE AGLI AROMI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

600 g carne di manzo e di agnello tritata
uovo
Menta secca
prezzemolo
50 g gruviera
200 g yogurt
Cumino
Cannella
succo di limone
olio
sale
Pepe

Frullare yogurt, Cumino, Cannella e limone e tenere in frigo 1 ora. Sbattere uovo, Menta e prezzemolo tritato e lasciare coperto per 30'. Mescolare i due tipi di carne, sale, Pepe, l'uovo con Menta e prezzemolo e formaggio grattugiato. Amalgamare e fare polpette grandi come noci. Friggere in olio bollente e servire con salsa allo yogurt fredda.
