POLLO AL MIELE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 pollo da 1.2 kg
40 g Miele
25 g burro
25 g olio d'oliva
2 spicchi aglio
timo
Rosmarino
Chiodi di Garofano
Salvia
sale
Pepe

Fiammeggiate, pulite bene il pollo, lavatelo e strofinatelo col burro. Mettete nell'addome l'aglio tagliato in pezzi, gli aromi sminuzzati, salate e pepate. Mettetelo in un tegame, unite l'olio e infornatelo a 180'. A metà cottura toglietelo dal forno e pennellatelo col Miele, quindi rimettetelo in forno e, di tanto in tanto, bagnatelo col suo sugo.
