POLLO AL GINEPRO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 pollo da 1,200 kg
1 limone
30 bacche Ginepro
1 spicchio aglio
sale
Pepe

Pulire il pollo, fiammeggiarlo, lavarlo e asciugarlo. Aprirlo e appiattirlo leggermente, poi farcirlo con il limone sbucciato, l'aglio tagliato a lamelle e le bacche lavate; salare e pepare. Ricomporre il pollo, legarlo, salarlo esternamente e metterlo in forno caldo a 180o. Cuocere per 40'. toglierlo dal forrno, rigirarlo e cuocere per altri 20'. Slegarlo, eliminare limone e aglio e servire caldo tagliato a pezzi.
