POLLO IN GELATINA

pollo_gelatina Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 pollo di media grandezza
1 confezione gelatina per 1/2 l
funghi sott'olio
carciofini sott'olio
1 pugnetto Capperi
2 fette prosciutto cotto
Pepe
1 limone
2 cucchiai olio

Lessare un pollo e tagliarlo a quarti, scartando collo, testa e zampe. Disporlo su un piatto foderato di prosciutto cotto, guarnirlo con funghi e carciofini e condirlo con sale, Pepe, olio e succo di limone. Preparare la gelatina, versarla sul pollo, livellarla e mettere in frigo per 2 ore.
