POLLO AI FUNGHI

pollo_funghi Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 cosce di pollo
100 g pancetta magra a dadini
250 g cipolline sbucciate
2 cucchiai farina
3 dl vino rosso
1 bicchierino Brandy
250 g champignons
2 spicchi aglio
1 cucchiaio timo
2 cucchiai prezzemolo
50 g burro
sale
Pepe

Far prendere colore alle cipolle nel burro con la pancetta, quindi scolarle. Dorare nel condimento le cosce di pollo salate, pepate e infarinate. Unire timo, aglio, cipolle, Brandy e vino e far evaporare. Cuocere per 1 ora, poi unire i funghi a fette e cuocere per 15'. Cospargere con il prezzemolo e servire.
