POLLO IN FRICASSEA BULGARO

Dosi per 4.

Pulire un pollo di 1.2 kg di peso, tagliarlo a pezzi minuti, condire con sale e Pepe, infarinarlo e rosolarlo in burro e olio finché è dorato. Unire 1 cipolla tritata e 2 cucchiai di pomodoro concentrato diluiti in poco brodo di carne. Far amalgamare e poi diluire con 1 tazza di brodo. Unire 1 tazza di gherigli di noce tritati e 1 tazza di brodo. Cuocere a fiamma dolce per 1 ora, condire con 1 cucchiaio di Paprika, mescolare e servire.
