POLLO ALLE ARACHIDI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 pollo
200 g arachidi sgusciate e tostate
20 g burro
6 cucchiai olio
1 cucchiaio farina
Spezie miste in polvere

Tagliare il pollo a pezzi, infarinarli e cuocerli lentamente nell'olio. Pestare le arachidi nel mortaio, metterle in una pentola con poca acqua e lasciarle cuocere con sale, Pepe e Spezie fino ad ottenere una crema alla quale unire il burro. Versare questa salsa sul pollo, cuocere ancora 10 minuti mescolando e unire, se occorre, un po' d'acqua calda.
