POLLO ALL'AGRO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

8 cosce pollo
1 spicchio aglio
1 cipolla
Rosmarino
3 cucchiai olio
2 cucchiai aceto
burro
sale
Pepe

Incidere le cosce di pollo, infilare in ognuna una fettina di aglio sbucciato e qualche ago di Rosmarino tritato, salare e pepare.

Far soffriggere la cipolla tritata con l'olio e il burro, unire le cosce di pollo, spruzzare con l'aceto, farlo evaporare, coprire, far cuocere per 30 minuti circa e servire.
