PETTI DI POLLO AL TIMO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 petti di pollo
4 spicchi aglio
1 mazzetto timo
1 limone
olio
sale
Pepe

Preparare una salsa con il succo del limone, l'aglio sbucciato e il timo e far macerare per circa 10 minuti. Appiattire i petti di pollo, salarli, peparli, distribuirvi sopra la salsa, piegare a portafoglio e fermarli con uno stecchino. Infornare per circa 25 minuti e servirli caldi.
