PASTICCIO DI CARNE

pasticcio_carne Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g fesa di vitello
100 g prosciutto cotto
1 confezione carciofi Findus
70 g burro
sale

Tagliare a fette la carne, appiattirla con il batticarne. Bollire per qualche minuto i carciofi a fette. Imburrare una pirofila e riempirla alternando strati di carciofi, carne e prosciutto. Cospargere ogni strato con fiocchi di burro e sale. Coprire la pirofila e cuocere in forno per 30--45'. Scoprire nelle ultime fasi della cottura per far gratinare per bene il pasticcio.
