OSSOBUCHI SAPORITI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 ossobuchi
4 cipolle
2 carote
2 patate
1 bicchiere vino bianco
2 cucchiai conserva di pomodoro
farina
prezzemolo
olio
burro
sale
Pepe

Far dorare in una casseruola con olio e burro gli ossobuchi infarinati, unire le cipolle affettate, le carote tagliate a rondelle, le patate sbucciate e tagliate a dadini e far insaporire. Bagnare con il vino, unire la conserva diluita in acqua calda, salare, pepare, far cuocere per circa 1 ora, cospargere di prezzemolo tritato e servire.
