OSSIBUCHI CREMOLATI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 ossibuchi di vitello
1 cipolla
200 g pomodori pelati
1 limone
farina q. b.
1/2 bicchiere vino bianco
sale
brodo di carne
3 cucchiai olio d'oliva
30 g burro

Infarinate gli ossibuchi e fateli dorare in padella con l'olio ed il burro. Aggiungete i pomodori, diluite con un bicchiere di brodo caldo e regolate di sale.

Alcuni minuti prima della fine della cottura cospargete con la buccia grattugiata del limone, lasciate insaporire a padella coperta e servite ben caldi.
