NODINI ALLA SENAPE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

600 g nodini di vitello
30 g burro
1/2 dado
1 cucchiaio vino bianco
1 cucchiaio Senape
farina
4 cucchiai aceto
salsa Worcester
sale

Mettere sul fuoco un tegame con il burro, adagiarvi i nodini, salarli, irrorarli con il Worcester e il vino e farli cuocere da entrambi i lati. In una tazza diluire la Senape con l'aceto, sciogliere il dado, mescolare, versare sui nodini, far rapprendere la salsa e servire caldo.
