Ingredienti:
Dosi per 4:
4 nodini di vitellone
1 cucchiaio Senape
1 cucchiaio salsa worchester
1 limone
1 spicchio aglio
1 cucchiaino Curry
brodo
olio
sale
Pepe

Sbattere in una Terrina la Senape, la worcester, il succo di limone, 3 cucchiai di olio, l'aglio tritato e il Curry. Salare e pepare i nodini, sistemarli in una pirofila unta, irrorare con la salsa preparata e passare in forno caldo a 180' C per circa 30'. Se occorre bagnare con poco brodo.
