NODINI AGLI AROMI

nodini_aromi Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 nodini di vitello
2 cucchiai farina
40 g burro
1 rametto Salvia
1 rametto Rosmarino
1 mazzetto prezzemolo
1 limone
sale

Battere i nodini e passarli nella farina. Far rosolare il burro a color nocciola, adagiarvi i nodini e cuocerli per 10', quindi salarli. Preparare un trito finissimo con gli aromi e spargerlo sui nodini pochi minuti prima di toglierli dal fuoco. Servire accompagnando ogni nodino con una bella fetta di limone.
